    Not even worth the 1 star. I was explained everything improperly and had to go through the cra to get the real answers . When I called to complain I immediately received attitude so I ended the call very quickly by letting them know I will never be getting my taxes with them again.

    I found the people at tax 2000 in New Glasgow rude so i went to this one, they refused to do my taxes because i asked the owner if he was a certified accountant and he said that was irrelavent for doing taxes...i wasnt asked to leave but i was told "we are refusing to file your taxes"...this was before i even sat down. Very unprofessional experience. If i could leave zero stars i would.

    Very efficient and professional. Been going to Tax 2000 for 14 years. Last year I went to H&R Block out of convenience and CRA has just now corrected their mistakes. Very frustrating experience...so glad to be back with the experts!

    Long wait times...cash only...not a pleasant experience.

    Be sure to get a receipt, I've paid them three times and they have yet to file the statement
