  I strongly believe it was a horribly rushed, weekend job. I simply asked them to touch up a couple spots before I would take it and they had already sent all their labor workers home for the day... even with another hour and a half left for my truck to be cleaned.

  They did compensate by giving me a discount off the originally agreed price, but it still wasn't worth $100, in my opinion. I paid them the hundred and left knowing I would never return. Then, after I got home, I realized they didn't even put all my floor mats back in!

  Luckily enough, they agreed to wash out the back of my truck for me when I picked up the mats today and they also had their laborer clean the storage compartment (under the rear seat). They wouldn't touch up any of the other interior spots I had requested them to. Therefore, I said I'd do it myself and the labourer handed me the spray cleaner and rag and said "Here you go".

  I don't recommend Shine Factory to anybody looking for a good quality detailing.

  I was not very impressed with the quality of service I received at the Shine Factory - Truro on 24 September, 2016. I dropped off my truck at 8am for a scheduled interior/exterior cleaning + an engine degrease. I needed the truck in tip-top shape in order to begin minor bodywork the following day. They finished up the job an hour and a half earlier than expected and told me I was able pick it up. Upon arrival I checked over the truck and found the following pros and cons with the work completed:

  .They didn't even touch the bottom half of the truck... the mud flaps, fenders, wheels, tires, rocker panels, bumpers, and the entire bed of the truck were all dirty.
