    I booked an appointment through the site marked as urgent. We didn't get a callback for a week. The communication clearly stated that my wife had an abscess tooth that required removal! The appointment set was a consult, and furthermore the doctor booked at the time could not remove the tooth due to nerve damage. Not his fault I know, but get real, logic would tell me that close to a month to NOT deal with an abscess tooth is not okay. Today we received a phone call to confirm ANOTHER consult booked for the 31st... We've approached a different dentist that has kindly gotten my wife in for this Thursday to have it removed!!
