  The Glengarry has been a regular meeting venue for our business. Location is perfect, service is awesome! A s pricing is within a good range. Would recommend ir highly.

  Attended New Years Eve celebrations there this year. DJ was meh. Some staff members were awesome, some were rude. Candy and sandwich bar were not overly impressive. Had a great time but only because of the people we went with.

  Driving snow and impending darkness caused us to pull off the road and hunker down for the night. Very glad we did. Warm welcome from all staff lovely warm and clean room and good food!

  Wonderful place to stay. Hotel is clean and welcoming. Staff are top-notch; friendly and professional. Need a bit of extra care in the washrooms for people with disabilities. I required a grab bar in the tub area (there was none) and a bathmat (I asked for one to be delivered to my room which they did). I found the tub without the mat didn't provide me with the stability I needed. Other than that, a most comfortable room.

  If I could give this a 0 star I would. The service was absolutely terrible. We checked in at 4pm and the maid was still cleaning our room. Later my boyfriend and I were not expecting company when a staff member opened our door without knocking. Instead of closing the door as soon as she noticed us, she closed it slowly, staring at us the whole time. When we brought this horrible experience up to the front desk they did not do anything for us and treated it like it was not a huge violation of privacy. The next day at checkout they did not apologize for the event or offer us anything for our inconvenience. The whole experience was horrible and I warn people:DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
